We are comprised of nationally and internationally renowned, dedicated group of faculty and staff with a strong commitment to clinical care. Position Highlights: Join a team including 35 fellowship-trained Pediatric Anesthesiologists and a growing team of medically directed Anesthesiology Assistants and Certified Registered Nursing Assistants. Engage in a busy practice that includes both OR as well as non-OR sites at CW's Milwaukee Campus Provide leadership and guidance to perioperative team members to optimize patient care safety, quality, and efficiency of the perioperative setting Collaborate with world-class pediatric surgeons and medical staff with a range of complex cases Contribute to the clinical education of pedatric fellows, residents, medical students and other trainees Focus on a patient-centered approach to delivery of care and engage in a climate of inquiry and safety Participate in the academic, research and educational missions of the institution Build positive relationships with surgeons, proceduralists, nurses, technicians and other stakeholders Performs other duties as assigned by Chair or Chair-Designate.
