What We're Looking For

✅ Passion for hospitality and helping people

✅ Strong communication and leadership skills

✅ Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction

✅ Hotel or customer service experience preferred

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of related experience

  • 3-5 years of progressive hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

  • Supervisory experience is a plus

  • Ability to remain composed and effective in high-energy situations

  • Certifications may include Food Handler, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid as required.
