JOIN OUR TEAM! We are seeking a Full-Time detail-oriented Medical Office Account Representative to manage our monthly client billing and manage our growing number of client accounts. Quickbooks experience preferred but not required. Candidates should email resume directly to Amber Vazsonyi [email protected]. Responsibilities include: - Set up new company client accounts and protocols - Client Customer Service Liaison - Prepare and send monthly invoices, process payments, update company accounts, and ensure billing accuracy and completeness - Client Random Program Management - Daily clinic staff support- front desk, answer phones, scheduling, data entry, filing
