  • Partner with the Communications team to draft messaging in the Global President's voice, including organization announcements, speaking points and critical messages to the business

Leadership Team Cadence and Effectiveness

  • Run leadership meetings from agenda to follow-up, capturing decisions and action items and making sure owners deliver

  • Partner with the Global President to strengthen the effectiveness and cohesion of the executive leadership team

Strategic Projects

  • Own strategic projects end-to-end, such as leading a major organizational design initiative, supporting a large client pursuit or standing up a new strategic capability

  • Pitch in on projects owned by other teams to keep them moving efficiently and effectively

  • Lead special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Global President

What You’ll Need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.

  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to read and interpret financial statements, build and stress-test financial models, and engage credibly in budget, forecast and long-range planning discussions

  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, with a track record of setting and executing short- and long-term plans and the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and land clear, well-supported recommendations for the Global President

  • Pragmatic and execution-oriented, comfortable getting into the operational detail, owning the hard parts of delivery and driving work through to completion

  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed enterprise primarily through influence, building buy-in from senior leaders across geographies and functions who don't report to you and moving work forward amid scale, complexity and competing priorities

  • High emotional intelligence and a natural ability to connect people, build trust quickly and form genuine relationships

  • A strong ethical compass and the directness to share your view with senior leaders and peers, including telling the Global President when you think they're wrong

  • Enjoyment of a strategic supporting role, with a bird's-eye view of a large, complex organization, close work with senior leadership and impact that shifts between highly visible and behind-the-scenes work

  • Experience establishing, monitoring and reporting against KPIs at an enterprise level

  • Experience with organizational design or large-scale transformation initiatives strongly preferred

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
