This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time spent in the Milwaukee office. Job Responsibilities As a Business Analyst for the WEC Infrastructure and Fuels Team, you will be actively involved in supporting the key growth strategy for WEC Energy Group. The company is embarking on the largest capital growth plan in its history. Specifically, this role will directly support the 5-Year Capital Generation Shaping Plan for renewable, battery and natural gas generation investments. This is a high profile role which interfaces across all aspects of the business and offers significant long term growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Support of the WEC Energy Group's strategic generation asset acquisitions Coordinating with developers and internal/external subject matter experts to execute project due diligence activities. This includes partnering with Engineering, Finance, Tax, Environmental, and Interconnection teams to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
