During wake hours we have 7-8 direct support professionals along with a house manager that is responsible for supervising DSPs, answering the phones, taking care of visitors, and any building issues freeing you up to focus solely on your nursing duties. Licensed Practical Nurse Job Description A Licensed Practical Nurse will serve to meet all health and safety concerns of individuals; providing basic patient care, working under the supervision of physicians and the DON, and supervising Direct Support Professionals.
