The Experience

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword. It's a way of life.

The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agents are only as good as the data behind them, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We're looking for a GTM Product Marketing Manager, Data 360 to help execute and scale the go-to-market strategy for Salesforce's Data 360 portfolio. Every AI and agent deployment needs rich, trusted, real-time context to deliver real results, and Data 360 is where that context comes from. In this role, you'll help sellers and customers see Data 360 as the foundation that makes every agent, app, and AI experience smarter.

You'll design and deliver enablement programs, build repeatable demo and sales play content, and turn usage signals and field insight into targeted programs that move sellers and customers from awareness to sustained adoption. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at turning complex data and AI technology into actionable field programs, and are passionate about enterprise data and AI, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Serve as the Data 360 GTM expert across product, marketing, sales, pricing/packaging, and operations. Translate innovation into clear, actionable programs that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Context-Powered AI Storytelling: Articulate how unified customer profiles, identity resolution, real-time activation, unstructured data and RAG, Zero Copy connectivity, and trusted governance ground and elevate AI agents and applications.
  • Consumption Model Enablement: Understand and communicate the Data 360 consumption model, helping sellers and customers navigate pricing, value realization, and Flex Credit opportunities.
  • Sales Plays: Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities, market opportunities, and field needs, driving measurable pipeline growth.
  • AI-Powered Enablement: Design and build AI-powered enablement tools, including custom Slackbot skills and agent workflows. These turn manual, multi-source seller research into instant, accurate guidance (e.g., eligibility checks, pricing/quoting assistance, FAQ and objection-handling lookups). Iterate on them based on field usage and feedback.
  • Adoption Acceleration: Partner to drive Data 360 adoption across the field. Build programs and feedback loops that identify adoption blockers, track funnel and usage metrics, and turn insight into targeted enablement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Corporate Strategy, Core Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Enablement, Sales Program Management, Strategic Events, and cross-cloud GTM teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a working grasp of Data 360's architecture, capabilities, and roadmap to inform enablement and messaging.
  • Enablement Programs & Presentations: Build and deliver training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides, and high-impact presentations that empower technical and non-technical sellers alike.
  • Field Readiness: Partner with global go-to-market and distribution leaders to drive readiness and pipeline acceleration across all selling teams.
  • Content Development: Develop and maintain repeatable GTM assets, including sales plays, messaging frameworks, competitor-focused content, and demo libraries, aligned to launch and campaign rhythms.
  • Cross-Cloud Alignment: Act as the Data 360 subject matter expert across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, etc.) to ensure unified value messaging and solution positioning.
  • Pace and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, staying comfortable with ambiguity while maintaining clarity, precision, and executional excellence.

You're Our Person If...

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Product Knowledge: Working understanding of data platforms (CDP, data management, integration, or analytics) and enterprise AI, and how data powers AI outcomes.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for varied audiences.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with Core Product Marketers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align launches, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
  • Sales Partnership: Experience working with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Programs to turn GTM strategy into field-ready execution.
  • Enablement Expertise: Success developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials that drive adoption and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive, executive-ready content.
  • Pricing Acumen: Familiarity with consumption-based pricing and skill in simplifying complex pricing into customer-centric value narratives.
  • Analytical Rigor: Data-driven mindset, using insights to inform GTM strategy, measure success, and refine programs.
  • Project Management: Organized and effective at managing multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Influence: Collaborative, with the ability to drive alignment across global and cross-functional teams.

Even Better If...

  • Sales Experience: Direct experience in a sales or quota-carrying role, bringing credibility and empathy for what sellers need.
  • Data & AI Familiarity: Experience supporting or marketing data, AI, automation, or agent-based products, and curiosity about how trusted data transforms business workflows.
  • Agent-Building & Prompt Design: Hands-on experience or strong interest in prompt design and building agents or skills on Slack's agent-building platform (or comparable platforms).
  • AI Tooling Fluency: Comfort with AI coding and assistant tools such as Codex and Claude, current awareness of AI developments, and a willingness to dive in and experiment.
  • Consulting Mindset: Background in management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent).
  • Cross-Functional Empathy: Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Strategy and connect the dots between their goals.
  • Positive Energy: A can-do, growth-oriented attitude that brings creativity, optimism, and resilience to every challenge
