Full job description

Commercial Electrical Project Manager 📍 Ocala, FL Area | Onsite 💰 $200,000 Base Salary

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance field involvement, client communication, scheduling, financial management, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial electrical projects from turnover to closeout
  • Oversee a team of Project Managers
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower planning, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with field teams, GCs, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Visit jobsites regularly to stay ahead of issues and keep projects on track
  • Monitor project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of commercial electrical project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction, codes, and project execution
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare, education, institutional, or large commercial projects
  • Lighting controls and complex electrical systems
