Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable leaders across Professional Services Delivery, Cloud Solutions, and Cloud Solutions Architecture while building sustainable team capability and succession

  • Own operational delivery performance across Professional Services and Cloud engagements, including delivery quality, client outcomes, utilization, capacity, forecast accuracy, project budgets, and profitability

  • Coordinate demand forecasting, resource planning, staffing, and delivery priorities across Professional Services, Cloud Solutions, and Architecture, resolving cross-team capacity conflicts as needed

  • Oversee shared and dedicated-client Cloud managed-services delivery, including service health, technical escalations, client commitments, and continuous improvement

  • Establish clear delivery ownership across Cloud and Professional Services engagements based on capability, capacity, complexity, and client needs

  • Partner with PMO to maintain credible scopes, schedules, budgets, risk management, change controls, project reporting, and client communication while preserving clear PMO ownership

  • Ensure appropriate architecture review and technical design validation based on engagement risk and complexity, in alignment with standards established by Cloud Solutions Architecture

  • Oversee technical discovery, scoping, solution estimates, and delivery handoffs for existing-client opportunities in partnership with Professional Services, Cloud Solutions, Sales Engineering, and other stakeholders

  • Improve Professional Services and Cloud offerings, delivery standards, templates, processes, and technical capabilities in alignment with the department service portfolio

  • Drive hiring, development, training, succession planning, knowledge transfer, documentation, and collaboration across Professional Services teams

  • Own operational and client escalations within the department and coordinate with Onboarding, Specialized Services, FDE, Support, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent client outcomes

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant IT services experience, including 3+ years leading engineering, cloud, or professional-services teams within a Managed Service Provider, systems integrator, or similar technology-services environment

  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary technical delivery teams with accountability for utilization, capacity, project budgets, delivery quality, and profitability

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, cloud operations, systems infrastructure, and professional-services project delivery

  • Proven ability to manage complex delivery portfolios, balance competing resource demands, and drive execution across multiple teams and client engagements

  • Strong people-leadership experience with the ability to coach managers and technical leaders, build team capability, and establish clear accountability

  • Experience managing client escalations and complex cross-functional delivery issues with sound judgment and executive-level communication

  • Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to understand delivery economics, utilization, capacity, forecasting, and project performance

  • Excellent cross-functional coordination, stakeholder-management, and communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience

Desirable Qualities:

  • Experience managing both shared managed-cloud services and dedicated-client engineering delivery models

  • Microsoft Azure, AWS, or related cloud architecture or engineering certifications

  • Project-management, service-management, or related professional certification

  • Experience with PSA or project-management platforms such as ConnectWise Manage

  • Experience using financial reporting, operational metrics, or business-intelligence dashboards to manage delivery performance

  • Experience delivering technology services to financial services, investment management, alternative investments, or other regulated client environments

  • Experience helping scale Professional Services organizations, delivery models, service offerings, or cross-functional operating processes
