  • Support the development, refinement, and alignment of Zero Trust architecture, execution frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.

  • Identify cross-program dependencies, interoperability constraints, capability gaps, and operational risks that may impact enterprise Zero Trust adoption.

  • Coordinate with cybersecurity engineering teams, enterprise architects, authorizing officials, and mission partners to ensure synchronized execution.

  • Monitor and report on the performance, status, challenges, and accomplishments of Zero Trust initiatives across the Department.

  • Support evaluation of cybersecurity tools, platforms, and solutions to determine their alignment with Zero Trust principles.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance cybersecurity effectiveness through automation, improved integration, and streamlined processes.

  • Evaluate proposed and ongoing capabilities for scalability, security, technical feasibility, and operational suitability.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Zero Trust architecture or enterprise cybersecurity modernization initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, network security, endpoint security, and data security principles.

  • Familiarity with DoW Zero Trust guidance and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.

  • Experience with RMF, security control assessments, and federal cybersecurity authorization processes.

  • Experience coordinating large-scale cybersecurity initiatives across multiple organizations.

  • Strong technical writing, analytical, and executive communication skills.
