KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, AI Enablement Product Owner to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.Responsibilities: Support the Associate Director, AI Enablement Product Owner in developing and executing digital enablement and change management plans for enterprise AI capabilities, including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, and related generative AI platforms; assist with AI product enablement activities across the release lifecycle, including roadmap tracking, release readiness, capability previews, pilot coordination, testing support, stakeholder feedback collection, and rollout planning Partner with the lead, technical/platform owners, vendor teams, and business stakeholders to document AI use cases, user journeys, adoption considerations, and step-by-step guidance for new and emerging AI capabilities Create and implement strategic and tactical communications, learning content, enablement materials, FAQs, demos, and adoption resources that help employees understand, access, and responsibly use Anthropic, OpenAI, and other enterprise AI tools Support preview and early access programs by coordinating participant logistics, preparing enablement materials, gathering feedback, synthesizing themes, and helping translate pilot outcomes into recommendations for broader rollout or refinement Monitor and measure the effectiveness of AI enablement activities, including adoption, readiness, engagement, feedback, and barriers to usage; prepare status updates, insights, and recommendations for the Associate Director and other stakeholders Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital...
