Position Summary Credence has an immediate need for a Production/Logistics/Maint Operations Support at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The AFLCMC/WJ directorate contains the ALFCMC airmen that support the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) mission. This support is across all disciplines to include program management, engineering, and logistics. The support is provided at a variety of locations including Wright Patterson AFB, National Capital Region, Hill AFB, Fort Worth TX, and Tinker AFB. One mission within AFLCMC/WJ is the Lightning Support Center (LSC). The LSC is the F-35 JPO's sustainment execution authority, providing support for the F-35 global fleet, including United States' services, international partners, foreign military sales (FMS) aircraft. LSC comprises six functional areas focused on warfighter readiness requirements: logistics capability delivery, sustainment supply, maintenance modifications, support equipment, business operations, and global fleet operations Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Assist with the development of management plans for Organizational/Intermediate Plus (O/I+) and depot-level maintenance, repair, and overhaul of air vehicles, propulsion systems, and support equipment. Provide management and oversight plans for testing, inspection, and development in accordance with Lead the Fleet schedules and requirements. Assist with effective O/I+ maintenance and depot-level maintenance scheduling and planning. Assist with management and oversight of contracting for commercial maintenance activity planning. Assist in ensuring maintenance-related Action Request handling, disposition, and resolution processes are effective within the PMO, including coordination as required. Provide analysis and execution support for mission changes, maintenance concept changes, and base/mission movements. Perform what-if analysis from an enterprise perspective. Participate in weapon system health meetings, working groups, improvement process teams, and other forums. Assist with technical analyses, planning, and execution, and assist the Government in reviewing technical specifications and documentation in support of RMQSI efforts to facilitate and update sustainment issues identified as related to the LCSP and ISP. Provide analyses of configuration, deliveries, and deficiencies, and analyze and assist with the integration of training system requirements into production program plans and documentation. Maintain data files for all fifth-generation fighter depot and modification aircraft from cradle to grave. Identify and provide recommendations and/or solutions regarding candidate opportunities to reduce weapon system total ownership costs. Support scheduled and unscheduled depot maintenance and modification tasks and weapon system sustainment activities.
