Full job description
Adecco is hiring an HR Generalist II for Salem, VA. Area. The perfect candidate will support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, operations, and support positions across multiple locations. This role partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while building strong candidate pipelines.to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent while building strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions

Source, screen, and interview candidates

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities

Partner with site leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies

Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing

Attend job fairs and recruiting events

Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
-
Experience with full-cycle recruiting in corporate or agency environments
-
ATS experience preferred
-
Strong sourcing, relationship-building, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Work Schedule: Specify (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Desired Start Date: 11/13/2026
Pay Rate Between $24.00-$28.00
Hrs/Wk: 40.00

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
