  • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, provider technology, EHRs, go-to-market strategy, sales strategy, commercial operations, pricing and packaging, or product commercialization.

  • Demonstrated experience building sales plays, GTM plans, enablement materials, launch plans, customer messaging, targeting frameworks, or commercialization programs for complex B2B or enterprise software products.

  • Experience leading pricing, packaging, bundling, offer design, attach strategies, or commercial model workstreams for SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare technology, or platform products.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows across ambulatory and acute care settings, including EHR workflows, patient engagement, patient access, scheduling, registration, clinical documentation, administrative workflows, revenue cycle touchpoints, and AI-enabled workflow automation.

  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear sales messaging, customer value propositions, field guidance, enablement content, and leadership-ready materials.

  • Experience supporting GTM execution across multiple geographies, regions, or market segments, including adapting commercial materials for local buyer needs and field motions.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience influencing product, sales, finance, operations, implementation, customer success, legal/compliance, regional, and executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent executive communication, structured problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA, MHA, MPH, MS in Health Informatics, MS in Information Systems, or related graduate degree.

  • Experience commercializing ambulatory EHR, acute EHR, patient portal, patient access, patient administration, clinical workflow, revenue cycle, healthcare AI, or provider enterprise software products.

  • Experience supporting field teams through sales enablement, product launches, account targeting, bundled offers, pricing guidance, and sales play execution.

  • Familiarity with revenue cycle workflows and commercial adjacencies, including registration, scheduling, eligibility, authorization, billing handoffs, denials, patient financial experience, and provider administrative workflow modernization.

  • Experience supporting international or multi-region GTM for healthcare technology, enterprise software, or provider-facing platforms.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Health, Epic, MEDITECH, athenahealth, ambulatory and acute EHR markets, patient engagement platforms, revenue cycle solutions, AI-enabled clinical workflow tools, and broader provider technology buying dynamics.
