Veteran Outreach Manager

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Veteran Outreach Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team . This position is open to Kinston, NC. The Veteran Outreach Manager will manage and execute initiatives to source, recruit, and support transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses, with the primary objective of creating and managing sustainable talent pipelines. This role will serve as a key point of contact for military transition programs, including DoD SkillBridge, and will coordinate efforts at military job fairs and career events. The Manager will be the designated company representative for select military base offices which support the transition of military members to civilian employment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of military culture and transition processes and a proven ability to build partnerships with military installations and veteran organizations. Your Working Environment: On Airbus Way you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019.
