Pay Range: 100% uncapped commission.

• Year 1: average reps earn $100k+

• Year 2 and beyond = $125k-$150k+

The Role

As a Hello Garage Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, (no cold-calling). Every appointment is an opportunity to close.

• Lead structured, high-clarity in-home consultations that uncover needs and build custom solutions.

• Drive decisive conversations that create commitment and deliver real results.
