The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management leader to manage day-to-day operations across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Agentic AI and other non-human identities. This role will strengthen operational performance, control execution, audit readiness, and identity-risk visibility within a complex, highly regulated enterprise environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead IAM service delivery, operational priorities, incidents, escalations, control deficiencies, and continuous improvement across IGA and PAM.

  • Oversee identity lifecycle processes, access provisioning and deprovisioning, certifications, entitlement governance, Segregation of Duties, and remediation.

  • Drive privileged account governance, onboarding, lifecycle management, credential controls, access reviews, and reduction of standing privileged access.

  • Establish operational processes for the discovery, ownership, lifecycle, access governance, monitoring, review, and decommissioning of Agentic AI and other non-human identities.

  • Ensure IAM processes meet cybersecurity, risk, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.

  • Partner with business, technology, cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance, cloud, application, and AI stakeholders to address control gaps and improve service delivery.

  • Develop KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, governance reporting, and executive-level visibility into IAM operational health, identity risk, control effectiveness, and privileged-access exposure.

  • Lead and develop an IAM operations team while advancing automation, standardization, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive IAM, cybersecurity, information security, or related technology experience.

  • Demonstrated success executing complex, enterprise-scale IAM programs within a Fortune 100 or similarly large, highly regulated organization.

  • Experience leading IAM operations or programs across IGA, identity lifecycle management, access certifications, SoD, PAM, and control remediation.

  • Experience managing teams, service performance, operational risk, incidents, escalations, metrics, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Working knowledge of governance for human and non-human identities, including service, application, machine, workload, or autonomous identities.

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle Identity Governance/Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, or comparable enterprise platforms.

  • Experience governing Agentic AI, machine identities, workload identities, service accounts, or other non-human identities.

  • Experience with IAM modernization, automation, Zero Trust, least privilege, Zero Standing Privilege, risk-based access, or short-lived access models.

  • Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, control testing, and findings remediation.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience; CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or relevant IAM/PAM certifications preferred.

What Success Looks Like:

Success includes reliable identity services, timely certifications and remediation, reduced excessive and privileged access, improved governance of non-human identities, stronger control effectiveness, increased automation, and clear reporting of IAM risk and operational performance.
