Full job description
About The Company
Founders today are building global companies from day one — but the systems that manage their money were built for a different era. Aspire exists to change that!
We’re building the financial operating system for global founders, bringing banking, software, and automation into a single platform so businesses can move faster across borders and stay focused on building.
Aspire is built by people who think from first principles, care deeply about solving hard problems, and take real ownership of their work. Our team brings global experience from leading fintech and technology companies, and many of us are former founders and operators who understand what it takes to build thoughtfully, make trade-offs, and deliver at scale in a global environment.
Backed by leading global investors including Y Combinator, Peak XV, and Lightspeed, Aspire has been trusted by more than 50,000 startups and growing businesses worldwide to manage their finances since 2018. Together with partners like J.P. Morgan, Visa, and Wise, we’re building for the next generation of global companies.
About The Team
Our Commercial tribe drives revenue growth across Aspire's sales, account management, and partnership motions. You'll work closely with customer-facing teams to win, grow, and retain the businesses that rely on Aspire.
About The Role
We're hiring for a customer-facing role owning the relationship with businesses that come to Aspire through our partner ecosystem and self-serve channels. You'll be their trusted advocate from day one, helping them get real value out of the platform while spotting the moments where Aspire can do even more for them. It's a mix of relationship-building, consultative selling, and cross-functional problem-solving — you'll work closely with Product, Support, and other teams to remove friction and turn customers into long-term advocates.
What You'll Own
Championing our customers' success — being the trusted advocate for businesses acquired through our partner ecosystem and self-serve channels, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximise ROI
Driving exceptional experiences — partnering across departments to remove friction, solve customer challenges, and create seamless experiences that delight and inspire loyalty
Amplifying the customer voice — shaping our product roadmap and strategy by capturing customer insights and translating them into actionable feedback for leadership
Unlocking growth opportunities — mastering consultative selling by deeply understanding each customer's evolving needs and strategically presenting solutions that drive measurable value and expansion revenue
Owning the relationship — maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and pipeline progress, and delivering transparent, data-driven insights that fuel forecasting and performance optimisation
Delivering white-glove support — responding with speed and expertise to customer needs, troubleshooting complex issues, and building unshakeable relationships that turn customers into advocates
What You Need To Be Successful
3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or other client-facing roles
A self-directed builder who creates structure from ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes
Excitement about the evolving fintech and financial services landscape, and eagerness to help customers thrive in it
Inherent curiosity and customer obsession, with genuine care for solving problems beyond the surface
Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools (e.g. Claude, n8n, etc.) and frameworks to solve real-world problems at Aspire
