  • Contribute to strategic planning for account development programs, including segmentation, coverage model recommendations, and resource allocation

  • Serve as an escalation point for performance management, process issues, and cross-functional coordination needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics and funnel data to drive decision-making and improvement

  • Demonstrated ability to coach frontline managers, team leads, or individual contributors to higher performance

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft) and reporting dashboards

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
