A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant Position type: Full-Time Contract (W2) Role: Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant Duration: 6+ Months Contract Location : Remote The Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applications. This role focuses on managing production support activities, resolving application issues, supporting business operations, implementing enhancements, and overseeing release management activities. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, integration specialists, and Oracle Support teams within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment to maintain system stability and meet agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities Application Support & Operational Management Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle Fusion PPM solutions. Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and application defects within defined SLA targets. Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, and resolution activities. Provide support during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Liaise with business users, technical teams, and Oracle Support to ensure timely issue resolution. Drive problem management initiatives to identify and eliminate recurring issues. Support system changes, release deployments, and Oracle quarterly update activities._ Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Expertise: Provide support and guidance across the following Oracle Fusion PPM areas: Project Costing Project Billing Project Contracts Project Financial Management Project Budgeting and Cost Control Project Planning and Forecasting Capital Projects Project Portfolio Management Resource Management Project Performance and Analytics Project Accounting and Burdening Project Organizations and Business Units Project Templates and Lifecycle Management Business Process Support: Assist in managing project setup, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking processes. Support project capitalization activities and asset transfers between Projects and Fixed Assets. Facilitate project funding, financial forecasting, and reporting requirements. Maintain project configurations, including project structures, expenditure types, organizations, and templates. Support project accounting transactions and related integrations. Collaborate across Procurement, Cost Management, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger functions to ensure seamless business operations. Enhancements & Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders to gather and evaluate requirements for system improvements and minor enhancements. Conduct impact analysis and recommend effective functional solutions. Develop functional design/specification documents and support development activities. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment validation, and post-go-live support. Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, runbooks, and application documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and optimization initiatives. Integrations & Reporting Support: Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) interfaces related to Oracle Fusion PPM. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, REST APIs, ESS jobs, FBDI loads, and interface processes. Assist with integration support involving enterprise applications and external systems. Validate project costing, budgeting, capitalization, and data conversion/interface processes. Provide support for BI Publisher, OTBI, dashboards, and project reporting requirements. Partner with technical teams to monitor interfaces and resolve integration-related issues. Oracle Quarterly Release & Change Management: Track Oracle Fusion quarterly release updates and evaluate release readiness documentation. Analyze the impact of Oracle updates on b siness processes
