Position Overview:

We have multiple positions available including:

Marine Repair Technician, Fiberglass Technician, Boat Detailer, Yard Worker, Dock Hand and Boating Instructors.

Essential Functions:

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications:

• Pass a background check and drug screen

• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to regularly complete the physical demands of the role including bending, kneeling, balancing and carrying equipment up to 25 pounds

• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets

• Availability to regularly work weekdays, weekends and holidays

• Ability to adhere to all safety policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in or around boats

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity

• Positive, cooperative attitude with the capability of working unsupervised

Working Conditions:

• Work in a marina setting on docks that may be fixed or floating

• Work in our Marine Operating Center

Compensation:

The anticipated pay and benefits will vary based on position, but are outlined below. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

• Marine Repair Technician - The anticipated pay for this position is $22.00 to $32.00, hourly.

• Fiberglass Technician - The anticipated pay for this position is $25.00 to $30.00, hourly.

• Boat Detailer - The anticipated pay for this position is $22.00 to $24.00, hourly.

• Yard Worker - The anticipated pay for this position is $18.00 to $22.00, hourly.

The following positions are seasonal and are eligible to participate in Brunswick’s high-quality benefit offerings, including a 401k (up to 4% match).

• Dock Hand – The anticipated pay for this position is $15.00 to $18.00, hourly.

• Boating Instructor – The anticipated pay for this position is $28.00 to $30.00, hourly.
