Materials Procurement Support 37732596 * Hourly pay: $27/hr * Worksite: Leading electronics testing company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronics testing company seeks a Materials Procurement Support to coordinate material flow, inventory accuracy, and material availability to support production schedules. Materials Procurement Support Responsibilities: * Coordinate material flow to support production schedules, including kitting, staging, and timely delivery to manufacturing areas. * Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions in Oracle/MES to ensure traceability, compliance, and data integrity. * Monitor material availability, resolve shortages, and expedite critical components to prevent production delays. * Collaborate with planning, purchasing, and production teams to align material supply with demand, including support for NPI builds. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, ESD handling, and ITAR/EAR requirements in all material handling and documentation processes. Materials Procurement Support Qualifications: * Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment and safely handle delicate, high-value products. * Proficient computer skills, including ERP/MES systems and accurate data entry. * Experience working with microscopes is preferred.
