In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel across the state and country to recruit the next generation of pharmacy professionals. What You'll Do - Inspire prospective students by showcasing the exciting academic, career, and professional opportunities available through the USC College of Pharmacy. - Create compelling recruitment materials—from educational resources to innovative marketing content—that bring our programs and student experience to life. - Build meaningful partnerships with schools, organizations, community groups, and other key stakeholders to expand awareness of pharmacy education and career pathways. - Turn connections into opportunities by identifying creative ways to reach and engage students who may be interested in pharmacy careers. - Track recruitment efforts and outcomes, using data and student feedback to measure success, identify opportunities, and continuously improve recruitment strategies. - Represent the College of Pharmacy with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping students discover their potential.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - The ability to plan, organize, prioritize work, communicate thoroughly and accurately with a diverse population, with colleagues, and with specific outside agencies. - The ability to make independent, accurate judgments. - The successful candidate will have to learn and maintain a working knowledge of the federal student aid verification and file review process, FAA Access to CPS system, and the associated University financial aid policies and procedures. - Should be able to work independently but within a highly integrated team that has service and responsible administration as its highest priorities. - Communicate thoroughly and accurately with a diverse population, with colleagues, and with specific outside agencies. - The employee should possess leadership capabilities, a high energy level, and a dedication to outstanding student service.
