  • Helping recruit, develop, and retain talented mental health professionals who share our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related clinical field.

  • Current temporary or full license to provide mental health services in Iowa.

    • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous clinical supervision, program management, or team leadership experience.

  • Minimum of two years of full-time related professional experience.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience developing community partnerships or expanding clinical services.

  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and supporting others.

How We'll Support You

In addition to joining an outstanding team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Competitive pay

  • 401(k) with employer matching contributions
