Co-lead annual Cisco Partner Incentive (CPI) planning and support biannual funding strategies.

  • Lead Global Execution and Adoption: Orchestrate cross-functional readiness, communications, enablement, and tooling to ensure successful global deployment and consistent adoption of PVI enhancements across internal teams and the partner ecosystem.

  • Leverage Data, Analytics, and AI to Drive Business Outcomes: Establish performance KPIs, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to evaluate partner value, growth, and program effectiveness. Leverage AI-powered insights and automation to accelerate strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for recurring revenue and market growth.

  • Lead Through Complexity and Change: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment, anticipating emerging needs, navigating ambiguity and complex interdependencies, and driving timely decisions, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, security, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure markets, with a comprehensive understanding of global channel ecosystems (VARs, SIs, MSPs, and Distributors).

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Analytical Leadership: Advanced proficiency in data-driven decision-making and the ability to articulate innovative thought leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, enterprise technology, channel management, finance, or go-to-market strategy preferred.

  • Cisco Context: Familiarity with Cisco’s partner ecosystem, portfolio strategy, and the specific mechanics of the Cisco 360 Partner Program.

  • Change Management: Experience managing large, dispersed teams through complex, transformational business shifts.
