-
Manage capacity planning, workback schedules, and speaker communications for hands-on sessions.
-
Coordinate with Demand Generation, Event Operations, Event Technology, and vendor partners to ensure content is published, promoted, updated, and surfaced correctly across web and mobile catalogs.
-
Create and maintain documentation including playbooks, standardized processes, program narratives, and strategy documents, some of which are reviewed by senior leadership.
-
Track and report on workstream performance metrics including CSAT scores, attendance, deadline compliance, catalog dwell time, and catalog activity to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
-
Experience using content management systems and content tools
