Full job description
CTG is seeking to fill a Construction Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation position for our client.
Location: Hebron, OH
Duration: 7 months
Pay Rate: $80 - $100 depending on experience
Duties:

Manage electrical and instrumentation construction activities and verify installations meet project requirements.

Conduct site safety observations and identify potential hazards.
-
Perform electrical and instrumentation punch-out activities following GC quality pre-checks.

Support loop check documentation and sign-offs.

Coordinate Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) permits with the site and General Contractor (GC).

Coordinate electrical outages with GC, plant operations, and maintenance.

Support material management by verifying proper storage, location, shipment, and accountability of project materials.

Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience:

10–15+ years of relevant electrical, instrumentation, or construction management experience.

Experience managing industrial construction projects and coordinating with General Contractors, plant operations, and maintenance teams.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent technical diploma or trade qualification with extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
