Job Description

Make an impact by helping shape how business priorities come to life across the Personal Advisors field organization. Join our collaborative Business Management team, where you will connect leadership priorities with clear field communications and coordinated execution while partnering across the organization to support meaningful business outcomes and continued growth.

Job Summary

As a Field Programs & Enablement Lead within the Personal Advisors Business Management team, you will shape how business priorities and initiatives are coordinated, communicated, and delivered across the field organization. You will connect leadership direction with clear, consistent field execution to help leaders and advisors understand priorities, timing, and required actions. You will manage the integrated field engagement strategy, thematic calendar, Field Engagement Guide, and support governance processes from intake and prioritization through rollout, reinforcement, and transition to business as usual. You will partner across Growth, Sales Enablement, Controls, Practice Management, and Communications to align messaging, timing, readiness, and calls to action. This role provides an opportunity to improve field engagement, streamline communications, and strengthen coordination across business priorities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the integrated field engagement strategy by translating leadership and business priorities into a cohesive field narrative and maintaining annual and quarterly thematic calendars across meetings, communications, training, and reinforcement activities.

  • Manage field channels and forums by defining their purpose, audience, cadence, ownership, and appropriate use across key field touchpoints.

  • Manage the Field Engagement Guide, including standards for initiative adoption, impact levels, forum requirements, written communications, templates, timing expectations, and role clarity.

  • Manage the end-to-end field engagement process, connecting intake, prioritization, leadership alignment, approvals, field rollout, reinforcement, and transition to business as usual.

  • Review agendas, presentations, speakers, executive summaries, and field-facing materials to ensure alignment, clarity, audience relevance, appropriate sequencing, and readiness.

  • Coordinate planning across Business Management, Sales Enablement, Growth, Controls, Practice Management, and Communications to identify conflicts, address sequencing issues, and escalate decisions when appropriate.

  • Maintain an integrated communications calendar and forward-looking pipeline of key messages, launches, forums, and field requests to identify competing priorities, communication gaps, and potential field overload.

  • Develop governance standards and templates for executive summaries, call materials, agendas, communications, and initiative intake, including readiness criteria, approval paths, ownership, and deadlines.

  • Measure process health and communication effectiveness using timeliness, process adherence, engagement, field feedback, recurring questions, duplication, and completion of required actions.

  • Strengthen coordination between Personal Advisors and broader communications teams to align messaging and programming while maintaining Personal Advisors-specific priorities and business needs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in business management, field enablement, program management, communications, change management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience coordinating multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Experience translating business priorities into clear, actionable strategies or communications.

  • Experience working across functions to coordinate activities and align stakeholders.

  • Experience evaluating communication or program readiness and identifying risks, conflicts, or sequencing considerations.

  • Experience preparing communications, presentations, program materials, or related business documentation.

  • Ability to organize and manage work independently in an evolving business environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience developing or managing governance frameworks, communication calendars, operating rhythms, or field engagement strategies.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders on business priorities, communications, or program execution.

  • Experience using feedback, engagement measures, or process metrics to support continuous improvement.

  • Experience supporting field-based organizations or advisor-facing programs.

  • Knowledge of Personal Advisors, wealth management, or financial services operating environments.
