  • Communicate progress on the portfolio to key business partners and internal stakeholders in a clear and consistent manner

  • Manage and deliver key workstreams and tasks from initiation through completion

  • Prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition events, and strategy working sessions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Finance, Data, and Design to align on priorities and outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across the platform

  • Synthesize complex information into clear, visually compelling presentations and reports for senior leadership

  • Support team coordination efforts to ensure alignment across multiple lines of business and shifting priorities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality presentations and reports for executive audiences under tight deadlines

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including design and layout best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a continuous focus on design and content excellence

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams or stakeholders to deliver integrated outcomes

  • Comfort working with data to inform business decisions and support strategic analyses
