Job Description Summary

The Proposal and Project Director - Integrated Projects (PPD) is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of large enterprise projects that span multiple business units across GE Vernova, valued between $4 billion and $10 billion, from the proposal stage through to contract fulfillment (ITR). This role owns the execution strategy, ensuring full alignment of scope, schedule, cost, and risk. The PPD serves as the single point of contact for customers and partners, leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while driving excellence in both proposal development and project delivery of these complex, multi-segment projects which are generally Behind-The-Meter (BTM) that include Gas Turbines, Wind Turbines, High Voltage (HV) systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Energy Management Systems (EMS), integrating technologies from several businesses.

We in GE Vernova have an incredible growth opportunity to create a customer obsessed culture through acting as one team across the enterprise. The PPD will help drive this cultural transformation by championing integrated "beacon" projects and driving innovation in systems solutions for the rapidly expanding datacenter space.
