The ideal candidate has hands-on facilities or maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and experience supporting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general building maintenance operations. ## About Aramark Nexus and Caprock Caprock is a large-scale workforce community located approximately 30 minutes east of Pampa, Texas. The community was built to support employees working on major infrastructure and industrial projects in the Texas Panhandle while creating a high-quality place for people to live, work, and recharge. Caprock brings together housing, dining, facilities, transportation, housekeeping, security, guest services, recreation, and other hospitality services within one integrated community. Aramark Nexus operates the community with a focus on service, safety, reliability, and the day-to-day experience of the people who call Caprock home while working on the project. For employees, Caprock offers the opportunity to be part of a growing operation that is different from a traditional hospitality or facilities environment. Laundry facilities and other everyday services are available within the community, with additional fitness, recreation, entertainment, and community amenities continuing to come online as Caprock expands. Safety and security are a major focus throughout the property, including controlled access and on-site security operations. To maintain that environment, visitors and pets are not permitted in employee housing.
