This is a highly visible, client-facing position for someone who can connect media, marketing technology, measurement, and data strategy to drive smarter decisions and stronger business outcomes. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients and internal teams, bringing a strong point of view on how data and analytics can improve media effectiveness.

You'll bring deep technical and measurement expertise with exceptional storytelling and leadership skills. You’ll influence strategy, guide teams, shape solutions, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and quality of work across measurement planning, data strategy, reporting automation, dashboarding, analytics, and insights.

  • Shape measurement strategies across paid media, connecting campaign performance to broader marketing and business objectives.

  • Own and lead presentations, including strategic recommendations, and client proposals.

  • Serve as the Data Science & Analytics lead for new business opportunities, owning measurement, data strategy, and analytics components of pitches and proposals.

  • Advise clients and internal teams on approaches including attribution, marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality, testing, surveys, and other media measurement methodologies.

  • Help define scalable approaches to ETL, data transformation, reporting automation, and data pipeline architecture that support reliable and actionable media analytics.

  • Contribute to the continued evolution of the media Data Science & Analytics practice through thought leadership, new methodologies, toolkit development, and vendor/platform assessments.

  • Partner across media, strategy, technology, and other disciplines to turn data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members, providing quality assurance, professional development, and strategic guidance across client engagements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in media analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, data science, or a related discipline.

  • Deep experience with paid media measurement, including the tools, methodologies, and data required to evaluate media effectiveness.

  • Strong knowledge of contemporary measurement approaches such as attribution, MMM, incrementality, experimentation/testing, and survey-based measurement.

  • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, automation, and data pipeline architecture and how they support analytics at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, compelling business stories and recommendations.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior-level client stakeholders.

  • Proven experience leading analytics projects and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring consistently high-quality outputs.

  • Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing analytics talent.
