  • Partner daily with engineering and design to deliver roadmap items on time and with quality

  • Lead sprint planning, refinement, and review activities

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, scope, and risks, and communicate changes proactively

  • Develop and document new procedures and ways of working that improve controls, consistency, and delivery quality

  • Apply AI tools to everyday product work, such as drafting requirements, synthesizing feedback, analyzing data, and streamlining documentation

Stakeholder Management

  • Gather requirements, manage expectations, and align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs

  • Keep stakeholders informed with consistent, transparent updates

  • Deep understanding of product management and adjacent areas such as business analysis, technology delivery, and insurance operations

  • Strong communication skills, including presenting clearly and persuasively, explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences and business needs to engineers.

  • Proven ability to design solutions to ambiguous or undefined problems

  • AI-savvy, with a habit of using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) in day-to-day product tasks such as drafting stories or synthesizing customer feedback
