Job summary
As a Vendor Management Analyst I in the Vendor Management team, you will analyze vendor performance data to support strategic decision-making and strengthen service delivery. You will partner with stakeholders across functions, manage vendor-related issues, and contribute to a controlled, audit-ready environment through clear documentation, timely escalation, and consistent follow-through.
Job responsibilities

Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actions that improve outcomes.

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and agreements in alignment with business objectives, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and firm policies.

Resolve vendor-related issues using effective conflict management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely remediation.
-
Conduct vendor assessments through requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) processes to support the selection and oversight of qualified providers.
-
Escalate issues and coordinate emergency services in line with contractual service-level agreements (SLAs), communicating clear performance expectations and tracking resolution.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

2 years of experience in vendor management, including analyzing vendor performance and data to drive improvements and optimize relationships.

Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking to evaluate scenarios, impacts, and risks based on data and facts.

Proficiency in using technology and standard business tools to perform tasks, analyze information, and solve problems effectively.

Experience mentoring or coaching others, with a focus on fostering an inclusive environment and supporting professional growth.

Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks effectively, enabling team members to take ownership while ensuring objectives are met.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience collaborating across functions and supporting customer service outcomes.

Demonstrated conflict management skills in vendor or stakeholder engagements.

Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
