THE WORK

Hybrid Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely part time and report to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

• The selected candidate for this position will report to the Command IQ and Advanced Concepts Business Operations Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of Program Finance for a portfolio Contracts.

• They will be responsible for driving business results for a major portfolio of programs by integrating data from various teams including program finance, master planning, estimating, contracts, engineering, supply chain and other functions.

• Manages short and long-range financial planning as well as program performance internally and externally. Internal financial management includes contract orders, sales, profit, cash, and capital expenditures. External management involves earned value management, program budget baselines and program performance reporting. They will assess risks and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and help develop associated action plans in coordination with program management. They will interface and partner with external customers and internal stakeholders and support new business pursuits in development of competitive proposals and will play a key role in strategic business case development and analysis

Basic Qualifications

• Earned Value Management Experience

• FP&A Experience

• Ability to multitask and lead across severalcompeting priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with SAP, Cobra, ECE, Hyperion andother Program Performance Management tools

• Proven finance and business operations skills

• Strong analytic skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word,Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools

• Strong Communication skills to explain complextopics in an easy to understand way, as well asexperience presenting to executive management

• US citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to

obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Skills

• Prior experience within LM Program Finance

• Cross Functional Experience

• Familiar with Lockheed Martin Policy and Procedures

• Experience with Commercial Software Sales and License Models

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
