Position Overview

Build Your Future in Procurement International Motors is seeking an ambitious, analytical, and growth-oriented professional to join our Procurement organization as a Supply Manager supporting the Cabin & Electronics Tower. This role offers an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career in Supply Chain and Procurement. You will gain hands-on experience working with suppliers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Procurement leadership while developing the commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities needed to pursue a future Category Manager position. As a Supply Manager, you will help execute sourcing strategies, support supplier performance, resolve supply chain challenges, and contribute to business decisions that affect product launches and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Category Managers to execute sourcing, commercial, and supplier-management strategies across the Electronics portfolio.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and program objectives.

  • Help resolve supply chain issues that could affect manufacturing operations or product launches.

  • Manage contract pricing updates in collaboration with Category Managers, Commodity Managers, and Finance.

  • Support supplier negotiations, pricing analysis, contract implementation, and commercial issue resolution.

  • Participate in supplier performance reviews and improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, including system setup and nondisclosure agreements.

  • Build productive working relationships with suppliers and cross-functional partners.

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and supply risk mitigation.

  • Prepare and present recommendations, project updates, and supplier performance information to

  • Procurement leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Develop a strong understanding of category strategy, total cost of ownership, and supplier relationship management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience

OR

  • Master's degree and no experience

OR

  • At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience

  • Knowledge of total cost of ownership principles.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and presentation skills.

  • Experience working in a cross-functional or project-based environment.

Salary Minimum: USD $68,000.00/Yr.

Salary Maximum: USD $102,000.00/Yr.
