OVERVIEW Cadrex is searching for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our manufacturing operations. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring the efficient production of goods. Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong technical knowledge will be key to driving continuous improvement and achieving our production goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and production staff to ensure smooth operations, adherence to schedules, and achievement of production targets
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of production activities
  • Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, controlling costs while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for inventory management, production planning, and capacity utilization
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and teamwork by providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, technology implementation, and operational enhancements to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments and leverage new opportunities

Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and productivity
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems for production planning, inventory management, and data analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Salary Description

$105,000-$142,000 Yearly
