Full job description

Lead the implementation of an enterprise-wide career growth program, managing strategy, roadmap development, and operational plans. Oversee Workday integrations, design application architecture for HR solutions (Talent Acquisition, Core HCM), and optimize business processes. Conduct end-to-end requirement gathering, process improvement, and data validation. Manage testing schedules, resolve user queries, and deliver training content to non-technical teams. Enable executive leadership through audits and ensure program success by hosting enablement sessions. Implement process improvements resulting in a 10x reduction in employee queries. May require providing services at unanticipated locations to various clients across the United States for short term and long-term durations. There is no international travel and travel frequency is unanticipated.
