Description
Join us as a CNA in our I npatient Complex Medical program, where we provide around-the-clock care in a warm, family-centered environment. We support individuals, infant through age 30, who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical needs, helping each individual thrive in a safe and caring setting.
Schedule
- 3 shifts per week , 6:00am-6:30 pm OR 6:00pm-6:30am and every 3rd or 4th weekend, depending on shift
How You’ll Make an Impact

Assist with daily care routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while honoring each child’s privacy and dignity.

Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each child’s unique needs are met.

Help children look and feel their best by maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and readiness for scheduled activities.

Support families by sharing updates and reinforcing care techniques that promote each child’s progress and well-being.

Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with ChildServe policies and professional standards.
What You’ll Need

Active DIA certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Iowa.

CMA (Certified Med Aid) preferred

Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 90 days and before working independently.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language .
