FIOS Trainer

In Hilliard, Ohio, our client is seeking a FIOS Trainer to support hands-on curriculum delivery and training readiness for a telecom environment. As a FIOS Trainer, you’ll help learners build confidence with TELCO/FiOS systems through structured teaching and clear, practical instruction. If you enjoy coaching others, staying organized with training schedules, and delivering consistent results, this role is for you.

What's the Job?

• Teach and deliver the assigned training curriculum for TELCO/FiOS systems in a structured learning format.

• Maintain training consistency by following the curriculum and ensuring learners understand key topics before moving forward.

• Communicate professionally with the training team and follow instructions to keep the program on track.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience with TELCO/FiOS training or related work.

• Strong ability to teach curriculum content clearly and confidently.

• Comfort working within a defined training schedule and adapting to program needs.

• Professional communication skills to coordinate effectively during training.

• Reliability and attention to detail to support consistent learning outcomes.
