The Rep-Admitting II is responsible for accurately collecting patient information and ensuring a smooth check-in process. You would ensure accurate patient registration, verify required information, and support a welcoming check-in experience. This role reports to the SUPERVISOR OF UHR PATIENT ACCOUNTS. Essential & valuable skills gained (in this unit or in this department):

  • Patient registration accuracy, data verification, and attention to detail

  • Customer service, communication skills, and front-desk workflow coordination

Essential Job Duties:

  • Register patients accurately by collecting, verifying, and entering demographic and insurance information

  • Greet and assist patients professionally while providing clear directions and answers to questions

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
