Job Description Lithko Contracting is where construction professionals build their futures. As a Senior Talent Recruiter on the Experienced Hire team, you'll help build the teams that construct some of the most impressive concrete structures in the US. You will be an integral part of building the organization as we grow. The Senior Talent Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, filtering, and interviewing of prospective talent in their assigned geographic region. Talent needs will include high-priority roles that align with annual operational demands, evolving needs, and expectations of the business. - Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and leaders to understand the talent needs in locations (BURGs) within a geographic region. - Execute the recruiting process as a trusted partner providing guidance, influence, and perspective to hiring managers and BURG leaders. - Utilize internal databases, external sourcing platforms, and professional network to build talent pipeline with active and passive talent. - Identify candidates with the experience, knowledge, and skills that align with operational needs. - Recommend candidates to hiring managers based on capabilities and attributes that align with current and future operational needs. - Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. - Build industry and market relationships in geographic region to promote Lithko, foster interest, and build talent pipeline. - QualificationsA bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience is preferred. - A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field is preferred. - Experience in the construction industry is preferred. - Your job offer is contingent upon a successful drug test. - You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. #LI-BP1 - Benefits401(k) - 401(k) matching - Health insurance - Vision insurance - Dental insurance - Life insurance - Short term disability insurance - Long term disability insurance - Compensation$100,000 - $125,000 Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
