Estimator & Project Manager

We install wood and synthetic flooring and have been in business since 1926 with a reputation for great service and products. Responsibilities: Gathering information on online platforms for bidding purposes. Estimating tasks including entering information in Excel spreadsheets. Project managing, such as bid follow up, coordination with general contractor or owners, scheduling tasks, securing materials & supplies, gathering submittals, etc. Draft correspondence and other documents from templates provided. On site project meetings and project preparation duties. Meet with customers or general contractors to review scope of project or other inquiries etc. Work onsite with crew occasionally if needed. Perform miscellaneous tasks as delegated.
