Do you enjoy being outdoors, improving properties, and managing construction projects from start to finish? PLM Paving & Concrete is looking for an experienced construction Project Manager who can take ownership of a project from the initial opportunity through final billing. You will partner with sales, evaluate customer needs, develop scopes and estimates, coordinate people and resources, and deliver successful, profitable projects. We are willing to teach the technical details of paving, earthwork, and concrete. We cannot teach the foundation this position requires: construction judgment, organization, accountability, customer communication, and the ability to lead multiple projects. This is not an entry-level construction position. Our ideal candidate is already a successful Project Manager. We will also consider a strong Estimator/Project Manager who has managed construction work and is ready to take greater ownership.
