As an SAP Device Management Consultant at Deloitte, you will work on daily operate activities. Responsibilities include; the ability to perform configuration, functional design, testing, defect resolution, and production support.

Qualifications
Required
-
6+ years of experience in SAP IS-U, with strong expertise in Device Management (DM).

Hands-on experience with device installation, removal, replacement, technical installations, and meter lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of Technical Master Data, including devices, device categories, equipment, and connection objects.

Experience with meter reading processes, meter reading orders/results, validations, and exception handling.

Knowledge of integration between Device Management, Billing, Customer Service, and FICA.

Experience with smart meters/AMI integration and utility meter-to-cash processes is preferred.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Prior experience working with electric, gas, or water utility clients and strong business/stakeholder communication skills.
