Full job description

Description

We are seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to support corporate and divisional event marketing programs through the planning, coordination, execution, and measurement of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

This role is instrumental in creating meaningful client and prospect engagement opportunities that help drive brand awareness, business development, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and experience supporting event marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to deliver seamless event experiences aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate, divisional, and client-facing events, including conferences, trade shows, hospitality programs, webinars, and sponsorships

  • Partner with marketing, sales, business unit leaders, and external vendors to ensure event goals, timelines, and deliverables are achieved

  • Coordinate event marketing campaigns, including email promotions, social media content, digital advertising, and post-event follow-up activities

  • Assist with webinar execution, including platform setup, registration management, speaker preparation, attendee engagement, and reporting

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, production schedules, and event planning documentation

  • Manage attendee registration processes and ensure accurate reporting and data management

  • Track event budgets, reconcile expenses, and support vendor contract management

  • Monitor event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports outlining attendance, engagement, lead generation, pipeline influence, and return on investment

  • Ensure all events align with corporate branding, compliance requirements, and organizational standards

Team Structure

  • This role supports two Event Managers across regional teams

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience supporting event marketing programs and coordinating multiple events simultaneously

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
