Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Why We Have This Role

We are seeking an operational, detail-oriented Partner Marketing Programs Lead to join our Global Partner Marketing team. This is a key, highly collaborative role responsible for owning global partner marketing programs, driving the operational backbone, systems, and tracking mechanisms that scale our global ecosystem.

This role serves as the backbone of our partner marketing function, ensuring seamless program administration across various programs and systems. Your primary goal is to maintain operational excellence, keep global partner programs running smoothly, and deliver reliable data insights.

Things You’ll Do

Key responsibilities require an organized approach and detailed execution, including, but not limited to:

  • MDF Program: Own and execute the end-to-end Market Development Funds (MDF) program. Drive system workflows, request approvals, compliance governance, fund allocation strategy, and ROI performance reporting.

  • Global Sponsorship Program: Lead partner sponsorship operations and execution for global events, including asset fulfillment and partner integration for our annual flagship customer conference, XM Conference.

  • Customer Value Stories: Own the Customer Value Stories partner program end-to-end. Direct the intake pipeline, track internal and external joint success stories, and steer submissions from review through executive approval and publication.

  • Partner Communications: Drive the global partner communications strategy and editorial cadence. Lead execution for the quarterly partner newsletter, oversee partner webinar strategy and execution, and maintain the central communications calendar.

  • Partner Marketing Central: Drive content availability and structure within Partner Marketing Central, ensuring internal teams and ecosystem partners have continuous access to high-impact marketing collateral, pitch decks, and enablement tools.

  • Partner Insights & Survey Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and analyze strategic feedback mechanisms using Qualtrics survey tools, driving actionable insights from sponsorship evaluations and partner intake workflows.

  • Reporting & Performance Analytics: Assist in data gathering and performance analytics to report partner marketing impact across weekly operational updates, Pipeline Council reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

How You’ll Find Success

Success in this role is defined by operational accuracy, proactive communication, and continuous support across global regions:

  • Take Initiative & Ownership: You understand the expected outcome, get the context, and work autonomously to get things done without needing explicit direction. You are a self-starter and an owner.

  • Global Flexibility: Comfortable balancing a global schedule, including making time for occasional APJ calls in the evening and EMEA calls in the morning.

  • Data-Driven & Organized: Proficiently utilize our CRM, Highspot, PRM, MarTech tools and reporting platforms to maintain clean data and ensure operational rigor.

  • Strong Communicator: Clear, articulate, and thoughtful communicator who builds trust across internal global teams and external partner stakeholders.

  • Operational Excellence: Highly structured and adept at managing multiple administrative workflows, intake processes, and schedules simultaneously with precision.

How You Will Grow

  • Strategic Development: Opportunities to expand your operational background into broader global partner marketing strategies within a fast-scaling enterprise organization.

  • Expanded Network: Build connections across sales, field marketing, partner management and sales operations, and the global partner ecosystem.

  • Mentorship: Direct coaching and professional development tailored to enhancing your partner marketing and MarTech capabilities.

  • Career Trajectory: Potential for growth as you build and scale global partner programs and influence regional go-to-market strategies.

What We’re Looking For On Your CV

Minimum Qualifications:
