Knowledge - Door and glass knowledge - Common power tool operation - Basic cleaning knowledge - Must be able to read/interpret tickets Skill: - Operate hot gun, caulk gun, and pneumatic screw gun. - Ability to lift 70+lbs Responsibilities - Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. - Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. - Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. - Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. - Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. - Works under immediate supervision. - Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. - Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Qualifications - Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. - Strong knowledge of door types preferred. - Moderate knowledge of door/customer quality specs, pull placards and load list details. - Use of small hand tools, basic math and reading a tape measure. - Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
