Senior Business Performance Analyst (Chester, Hybrid)

We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.
Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary
Work independently partnering with business unit leadership to collect, analyze, interpret, and present safety performance data that supports operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role develops and maintains safety metrics, dashboards, reports, and automated reporting processes to identify trends, assess risk, measure program effectiveness, and support strategic safety initiatives. The position ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of safety data while providing actionable insights to leaders through analytics, data visualization, and performance reporting. The Safety Analytics Specialist also identifies opportunities to improve business processes, develops automated tools and workflow solutions, supports milestone and regulatory reporting, and performs varied business, operational, and economic analyses. Additionally, the role serves as a resource to coworkers, provides technical guidance, and contributes to the advancement of safety programs and organizational performance through data-driven decision making.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

5-6+ years of relevant directly related work experience;

Demonstrated planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making.

Effective analytical skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power BI).

Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.

Knowledge of data modeling, trend analysis, and predictive analytics.

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:
Bachelor

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
$81900 - $106400
The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This is not intended to represent the full salary range for the position or limit future compensation growth.
