JOB REQUIREMENTS: IQ Resource Group is hiring for a Line Lead position in Green Bat. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply! Call/text us today for more information! 920-430-9675 Shift: 1st shift 6a-2p M-F Pay: $16.50/hr Responsibilities Responsible for directing the daily operations of their assigned production area including: setting up and operating production lines/equipment as needed, directing and training line technicians on job duties, and ensuring that production standards, quality standards and daily production targets are all met.
